This was a little emotional for me and I think Scott also. It was sad to see how many gave there lives and to know that they still do around the world. For our freedom. I'm so grateful for it but I wish there hadn't been so much blood shed.

I agree with you that it is a very emotional place. Every American should have to visit there at least once.
Your trip looks like a lot of fun! I love the pic of the kids walking under the trees. So what is it like to turn and look almost level into your daughter's eyes? Scary!
