Memorial weekend on Cedar Mtn.

We decided to take a trip to Cedar Mountain for Memorial weekend. Scotts' Grandpa owns a cabin up there so we met Daniel and Kim up there to play. This is the first fish Martin has caught from Mammoth Creek. Scott has been fishing in this area since he was a kid and now his own kids get to do it. Here are the 3 they caught. Martin's the biggest. Scott caught the other 2.

We all like fish but the kids were pretty anxious to get their first bite.

We did some more fishing, walking, even a little shopping at Duck Creek, but on the last day we decided to check out the Ice Cave. Our family had never been there so Daniel and Kim showed us the way.

He wasn't actually asleep but I still think he was pretty wiped out.

We had a great time and feel really lucky to get to go and do things like this once in awhile. Thanks grandpa for having a cabin available for us kids to get away from the big city.
